Refund Policy for Subscription Payments

DigiStay collects subscription payments from hotels for platform access via a secure payment gateway. This policy applies only to those subscription fees.

Refund Eligibility

Hotels can request a refund within 14 days of payment if unsatisfied with the platform.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed in 5-7 business days.

Non-Refundable Fees

Setup or customization fees may not be refundable—check your subscription agreement.

How to Request a Refund

Hotels should email support@digistay.ai with subscription details and the refund reason.

Guest Transactions

DigiStay does not handle guest payments (e.g., for room service). These are managed by hotels, and related refund requests should go to them.
