To access certain features, you may need to create an account via your hotel. You are responsible for keeping your account details confidential and for all activities under your account. Notify your hotel immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.

Payments and Subscriptions

DigiStay facilitates subscription payments from hotels for platform usage through a secure payment gateway. All guest-related transactions, such as payments for room service or amenities, are handled directly by the hotel. DigiStay does not process or manage guest payments.

User Conduct

You agree to use DigiStay lawfully and respectfully. Misuse, including fraud or attempts to disrupt the service, may lead to account suspension or termination.

Liability and Disclaimers

DigiStay connects guests with hotels but is not responsible for hotel service quality, availability, or guest transactions. Issues related to stays or payments should be resolved with the hotel directly. Our liability is limited to the platform's functionality.

Intellectual Property

All platform content (text, images, logos) is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute it without our written permission.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Indian law, with disputes resolved in the courts of Dehradun, Uttarakhand.

Changes to Terms
